Deitch Leadership Institute
Deitch Leadership Institute (DLI) is a curated collection of leadership opportunities for students to learn and grow. Referred by founder Joe Deitch (BLS '68) as a "leadership laboratory", students self-select into a number of after-school classes, workshops, and competitions to explore their interests and hone their skills. The focus is learning by doing. The goal is to build a "tool belt" of skills for students to be more effective and impactful in the world.
If students are ready to learn and grow, a variety of opportunities exist - entrepreneurial programs, Resume Lab, Interview Lab, LinkedIn Lab, JA Personal Finance, JA Stock Market Challenge, DECA, McKinsey Youth Leadership Forum, and the flagship DLI Summer Fellowship.
